This Course covers the fundamentals of play psychology, The role Design Thinking for making good games that aligns with common modern game development methodologies proposed by industry, game design theory and apply it in a practical way to developing engaging board games, Create / prototype your own board games as practice challenges throughout the course, Be able to create a compelling experience for your players, Quickly iterate and improve your game, Come up with new board game design ideas and execute thoroughly on those ideas
The course will be delivered with live classes, where the instructor will deliver lecture sessions and interact with students. Each lecture is organized into topics. Each topic-section has a title. Each topic section consists of activities. After every lecture an assignment will be given to the students, students have to complete assignments and discuss it the next day. A small board game will be developed by the students to make them understand the process of game design. The instructor may also ask to explore relevant resources.

This course will be having a total of 12 hours of online sessions, which is equivalent to 1 credit (Universal accepted code).
Course requirements: As such there are no pre-requisite requirements. However, there will be certain writing and sketching materials and assignments.

Creating designs that matches the requirements of the project while ensuring that it is according to company’s global image. Gathering information regarding the requirements of the projects.
